We are delighted to announce that Alocura’s groundbreaking cloud-based care management software Rostrata is now live on on the G-Cloud 14 Framework – a digital marketplace which eases the procurement of cloud services for the public sector.
From today, Rostrata will appear in Lot 2 – Cloud Software Services – of G-Cloud 14, meaning public sector buyers can directly purchase our end-to-end, at-the-desktop-system underpinning the delivery of packages of care in out-of-hospital settings, driving savings and efficiencies for care commissioners.
“This is a fantastic achievement for the team – and it provides a route by which any public sector body can procure the Rostrata software and services without having to go through an onerous public procurement process themselves,” said Alocura director Sarah Edwards.
“When Lord Darzi was talking about the NHS needing to embrace digital transformation to change the care environment in this country, this was the kind of initiative he was talking about. Software solutions such as Rostrata that can help Local Authorities, councils and the NHS access quality financial and operational information – enhancing performance, care delivery and financial audit capability – are already available. It’s now about making them as easy to access, use and purchase as possible.
Rostrata on the G-Cloud 14 Framework is the next stepping stone in this much-needed digital transformation process.”
Being on the G-Cloud 14 framework also means buyers can be assured that value for money rates have already been agreed, and that technical resilience and data security are at the forefront of Rostrata’s accreditation.
“The value for money offer combined with these security guardrails in place is something we’re really excited to be able to show to prospective buyers,” said Edwards.
“In reality, the current system means the public sector struggles to understand how commissioned care budgets are spent. Rostrata gives funders a transparent picture of the care package through secure data and analytics, offering instant care and financial audit information and demonstrating effective long term outcomes.”
